A magical evening with the ethereal sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls. A step out of time to focus on self-care ‘Intentional Rest and Relaxation’.
Come and meet Jodi, a crystal singing bowl practitioner who has been playing quartz crystal singing bowls (and assorted crystal instruments) since 2019. Allow her to share the vibration and resonance of their voices to facilitate rest and ease, the power to transform, and to uplift your spirit.
Please bring with you:
- A yoga mat or equivalent, floor cushions, gravity chair, blankets, pillows, cushions to make a warm and comfortable cocoon, as you will be laying down or sitting on a hard wooden floor.
- Any special taonga, crystals, essential oils, drink bottle, journal to aid in your experience.
Kaupapa:
- The evening's focus is about *Intentional Rest and Relaxation* - leave your cares behind as you enter the whare.
- Shoes off - there will be an area set aside in the room for shoes.
- We are in Globe 2 and the doors will be open at 6.10pm.
- Choose a spot and settle in before 6.25pm.
- Short mihi whakatau, housekeeping items. Sound immersion 45mins.
- Interval break: stretch, make a cuppa (herbal teas and dark chocolate provided) in the foyer.
- Resettle - sound immersion 45mins to 1hr.
- Closing karakia (8.30pm).
