Andrew Atkins (piano) and Caitlin Morris (cello) present a 'Concerto Bonanza' with guest instrumentalists.
They will perform:
Cello Concerto No 1 by Haydn
Piano Concerto No. 2 by Saint-Saens
Cello Concerto No 1 by Saint-Saens
Andrew is a former student of Guy Donaldson and studied in Wellington with Dr Jian Liu and Richard Mapp. He has conducted and performed concertos with a range of orchestras including the Manawatu Sinfonia. He is co-founder of the Wairarapa Youth Orchestra with his wife Caitlin Morris.
Caitlin studied at the New Zealand School of Music with Inbal Megiddo and Rolf Gjelsten and currently with Dr Heleen Du Plessis. She has performed concertos with a range of orchestras including the Manawatu Sinfonia.
